AI Prompt Vault for Blog Writers – Write Faster, Smarter, and More Consistently

AI Prompt Vault for Blog Writers

If you're anything like me when I first started blogging, you've probably stared at a blank page more times than you can count.
The idea is there, the passion is real… but the words just won't come.

That's when I realized: I didn't need more willpower — I needed better prompts.
Tools like ChatGPT or Claude are powerful, but they only work well when you ask them the right questions.

So I started building my own prompt vault — one tailored for blog writers who want to write faster, more consistently, and more creatively.

Prompt: Generate a Clear SEO-Friendly Blog Outline

One of the biggest time sinks for me used to be structuring the article.
I'd get lost in "what goes where" and end up wasting hours rearranging subheadings.

This prompt helps me get a solid, SEO-optimized outline in under 60 seconds:

Act as an SEO-savvy blog writer.
Create a detailed blog outline about [TOPIC], including H1, H2s, and bullet points.
Make sure it's structured for organic traffic and readability.

I use this prompt before every article — even if I don't follow it exactly.
It gives me a clear structure, which helps me start fast and finish strong.

Prompt: Write a Strong Blog Hook (First 100 Words)

I used to spend more time writing my intro than the entire post.
I wanted it to "sound like me," but also make people stay — not an easy combo.

This prompt changed everything. It gives me multiple hook options — personal, bold, question-based, or curiosity-driven.

You're writing the introduction for a blog post about [TOPIC].
Give me 3 options for the first 100 words:
  - One with a personal story
  - One that opens with a bold statement
  - One that asks a thought-provoking question

It's like having a creative assistant suggest different openers — I just pick the one that feels most "me."

I used to feel awkward adding affiliate links.
They either sounded too pushy — or so subtle no one clicked them.

This prompt helps me write CTAs that sound human, helpful, and honest.
I drop it at the end of my blog posts or right after a product mention.

  You're a helpful blogger recommending a tool.
Write a short call-to-action (1–2 sentences) that encourages readers to try [TOOL],
mentioning one benefit and using natural, friendly language.
End with a soft CTA like "Check it out here" or "See how it works."

I've A/B tested this — CTAs written with this prompt get clicked way more.
No hype. No pressure. Just value.

Prompt: Turn Blog Posts into Video or Audio with AI

I once wrote a post I was really proud of… and then forgot about it.
It just sat there — no video, no podcast, no repurposing.

Now, I use AI to turn blog content into spoken formats — fast.
You can plug the same article into a tool like HeyGen or ElevenLabs and get a video script or podcast-ready voiceover in minutes.

Here's the prompt I use to prep the script:

  You're a creator summarizing a blog post.
Turn this content into a short video or audio script with:
  - A personal intro
  - 3 key talking points
  - A closing CTA
Keep it conversational and natural to read out loud.

This makes your content work twice as hard — without you doing twice the work.
